It had never happened to formally submit my resignation. I asked, with a little 'embarrassment, what is to write and this is what came out.

Subject: resignation as a City Councillor and Deputy Mayor, respectively, in accordance with Articles 4 and 12 of the municipal statute.


Dear Mr. Mayor,
Dear Mr. President of the Municipal Council

acceding to my willingness to be employed in different roles from the Municipal Administrator, equally important roles to serve our community Portuense formally submitted my resignation from the position of Director and Municipal Councillor for Industry and Social Welfare, as called upon to face roles are incompatible with those charges.

I pledge to the new tasks, to devote the same passion and enthusiasm that has accompanied me in these seven years of experience as a Public Administrator.

Therefore, in reiterating my full and fraternal esteem, I want to thank for the confidence accorded to me.

I also thank the Chairman of the Board, the City Council, all officers and Municipal Employees for their work together over the years and for having been close, both professionally and above all personal.

to all these special people, is one of my special greetings and wishes for a Peaceful and Prosperous Labor.
